Byron Bay Cookies and Crisps are new to me but definitely becoming a favorite. First I was able to try the Gourmet Crispbread. My kids and I ate these with Hummus. It was so good and it didn’t take us long to have these wafer thin crispbreads gone. I loved that the crisps aren’t nearly as salty as many other foods we dip with.
We were also able to sample the White choco Chunk & Macadamia nut cookies. These are heavy little 
cookies that go great with tea or coffee. They came in an elegant gift tin and while the cookies are gone (they didn’t stand a chance with my three kids) we still have the tin. This tall tin has a retro look and keeps all of my sharpies hidden away.
Byron Bay Cookies has a lot of great gourmet gift ideas and they carry gluten free products as well. Byron Bay Cookies started in an old farmhouse baked in an old farmhouse stove in a small region of Australia. Thousands of cookies are baked weekly and supplied to many international airlines.
