Katz Gluten Free is simply put, full of taste. Our family received a nice sampling from Katz Gluten Free. I put it where the kids would be sure to find it and it was snapped up. To be more specific they wanted to know where it came from because they loved it.
Katz Gluten Free Bake Shoppe was established in 2006 by F. Katz. They are classified Gluten Free and comply with strict gluten-free standards. Their kitchens is completely nut-free and dairy-free. All of their products are also certified Kosher, and are under the stringent supervision of the OU and Rabbi Y. Gruber.
Mrs. Katz, the mother of two gluten intolerant children knows firsthand the hardships and daily struggles parents endure to find a gluten-free diet for their kids. Katz Gluten Free features an extensive, ever-expanding selection of products to meet the culinary kitchens of every gluten-intolerant individual.
By far my kids favorite was the Chocolate Cup Cakes. My favorite was Marble Cake. I didn’t even get to try the Rugelech. I expected the gluten free foods to be tasteless and their consistency to be lacking. Neither was true.
For people who are unable to eat products with gluten this is a wonderful shoppe. More and more people are being diagnosed with 
gluten issues and there are very few alternatives. Katz Gluten Free had a need and made their own solution.
