We all know that Gorton’s is a well known name at the dinner table. There is fish sticks, fish portions and others. Our family makes a lot of fish sandwhiches with the fried fish and fish tacos with the grilled portions. I love that Gorton’s is always in the grocery giving us dinner ideas.
Our family gets stuck in a rut and fish is the best way to shake it up. We love it fried, grilled or even as shrimp. We recently paired Gorton’s Grilled Tilapia with Ortega Hard Shells and Soft Tortillas. Our family can’t seem to agree on shell types so this was the perfect combo for us.
Tacos are a family affair at our house. We all chipped in with chopped red bell pepper, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, avocado, onion and of course cheese. Mind you we all make them a little differently. We all had our own masterpiece but they all had Gorton’s Fish and Ortega shells.
