Hershey’s S’mores & Walmart Summer Fun On A Budget Giveaway Ends 08/22/11

August 10th, 2011 is National S’mores Day. Oh and a good day it is.

Hey, who knew? I didn’t … until now. And oh, what a lovely day to celebrate. We have eaten S’mores a lot through the day. It’s not everyday that you get to totally rock on about S’mores … what day better than any? Perfect timing for an outdoor family gig, or even at the park. Bad weather? No problem, make em’ inside. It’s simple enough to do!

Here’s the funsome part (it’s my new word, remember?) Walmart and Hershey’s have teamed up to help consumers (that’s us) plan for any occasion, on a budget. <— See that? On.A.Budget.

If you don’t live on a budget I just want to tell you congratulations! There are lots of us that live on meager budgets to say the least.
Visit the Walmart Website and you’ll see something a little new.

You’ll be greeted with a darling picnic basket image and you’ll see a giant yummy s’mores stacked with it’s yummy goodness of chocolate, graham crackers and marshmallow.
You can then:

  1. Choose your event.
  2. Choose your budget
  3. Pull the handle and stack up the fun!

It’s as easy as that. Well actually you would click the “Play S’more” button to stack up the fun. But don’t stop there. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you’ll find some greatness there too.

You can like Hershey’s on Facebook to check out happenings and do the whole social connecting thing, it really is one of my favorite ways to follow companies and brands that I like. But, don’t stop there!

Look on there near the bottom of the page and you can get a Hershey’s coupon. Oh yea! Coupon’s for chocolate, it does exist! If my link here doesn’t work, just follow the link to the Walmart, Hershey’s S’mores page and it will be at the bottom of the page.
