When choosing a case for our iPod touch or the iPad, I like to take a step to the side and be just a little different. Now that’s a wide statement, as always you just never know what I’m going to come up with. Keep things fun and interesting. We were sent some Gel Cases for the iPod touch to try out. I was told that they were scented, I didn’t expect how good they would smell.
I figured the scent would fade after about a week and that would be that, or quite frankly … I was afraid it might stink. Ha! They don’t stink, in any sense of the word and thus far the scent has not faded. It’s actually still going strong. If it’s faded any I haven’t noticed. I kind of like to walk past the iPod while it’s charging and get the scent of “very cherry”. Or alternatively one of the other color/scent combinations. Strawberry Cheesecake, Very Cherry, Blueberry, Licorice, and Berry Blue.
Jelly Belly and ESI have teamed up to offer a variety of jelly bean smelly good iPod and iPhone cases! I’m not sure how I personally feel about the phone cases, however for iPod we enjoy it. I have to forewarn you that you may be walking through your house or yard and come across a child of yours sniffing the iPod. It’s actually kind of humorous to catch them in the sniffing act.
