Menu, Recipes and Grocery List for Easter Dinner (April 8)

Ham~ I buy a 4 lb. cooked ham and heat it in the crockpot with a cup of juice (I use pineapple or apple juice) over it.

Potato Salad~ I make my own using cubed cooked russet potatoes, hard boiled eggs, chives, thyme, salt and pepper, pickle relish, red onion, mayonnaise, brown spicy mustard, and ranch salad dressing.

Green Bean Casserole~ recipe already posted on site

Deviled Eggs~ I make my own using egg yolks mashed with salt and pepper, mayo, bacon bits, pickle relish. Mashed well and stuffed into egg whites, then sprinkled with chives and paprika.

Yellow Squash sauteed with onions~
