My Shaklee 180™ Journey – July


I’ve lost quite a bit of weight and for the first time in years I went into to Walmart and was able to come out with a pair of jeans that fit.  I didn’t have to suck it in either.  I have lost a lot of weight and it has re-distributed itself on my body.  My body is constantly changing.  I couldn’t have done this with out the support and love of my family.  I do want to share things that are on my list of DO NOT DO OR SAY to me.

1.  Don’t eat that!

5.  OMG!  You look so much better!
6.  If you exercise more the weight will come off faster.

One thing that really makes me angry is when someone says “I get so tired of hearing people use thyroid or metabolism as an excuse to get fat.”  I have a thyroid issue, it makes me tired, sluggish, achy etc.  Before starting Shaklee180 I had complete blood work done.  Even on medication my thyroid is low.  My potassium was low, my iron was low…….getting the picture?  Since starting Shaklee180 and consulting with my doctor regularly my vitamin levels are much better, and most especially I feel better.

My clothes have been falling off of me and a big help to my ego and incentive was my husband making me buy some new things that fit.  Not only did I look better it made me feel better inside.  I dyed my own hair.  I make sure I have a face on every day and I threw out all of my old make up so  that I look up to date and fresh.

I’m not going to lie, even as easy as Shaklee180 has made losing weight it’s still tough.  I love my new body though, I love the way I’m feeling, and I love the support I’m receiving from my family.
