Our family is a flavor loving bunch, and I found a seasoning that put a little UMPH! into our meals. Char Crush is a seasoning that became a company. It all started with a restaurant and two original dry rubs: Original Hickory Grilled and Roto Roast. They now have 9 different seasoning mixes.
CHAR CRUST® DRY RUB SEASONINGS FOR ALL MEAT AND FISH:

These delicious rubs can be used on all meats, fish, and vegetables. Char Crust makes their dry rubs in small batches with only premium ingredients to help seal in natural juices. Our family reviewed the Roasted Garlic Peppercorn and Smoky Spicy Southwest.
I made a pork loin with the Smoky Spicy Southwest and my family fell in love. I served it with mixed vegetables and spicy rice on the side and it made the perfect Southwest meal for our family.
I wanted to think of something a little different for the Roasted Garlic Peppercorn and decided to use it in a chicken stir fry. Instead of using oriental seasonings I added the Roast Garlic Peppercorn Char Crust and it was a delicious change to or ordinary stir fry. It was the perfect blend of pepper and garlic flavors.
With the holidays coming Char Crust, Dry-Rub Seasonings are the perfect flavors for your dinner table. A dry rub on your Thanksgiving turkey is sure to be hit that everyone will remember.
