Easy Side Dish for any Meal~ Roasted Asparagus

Roasted Asparagus

1 bunch of Asparagus, washed and ends trimmed
olive oil
fresh squeezed lemon juice
kosher salt
black pepper
freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Place Asparagus on large baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper. Place in a 350 degree oven and roast for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with freshly ground Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven and roast for 5 more minutes until tender.

    Asparagus is our go to side dish! So delicious – and we love it right on the grill too (which I can’t wait to break out as soon as Winter leaves us!!)

    I love roasted asparagus! So quick and easy. I don’t use cheese, but I love to sprinkle a little garlic and/or pinenuts on it.
