Tis the season for baking! I love the holidays because I get to socialize and bake. There are endless parties and opportunities to share my baked goods. Some people though in my group are Gluten intollerant. Gluten Free isn’t something I was raised being aware of, but I want to be sure everyone can sample the holiday goodies. The Pure Pantry is here to help. Their Gluten Free products include easy to make mixes and a cookbook.
I received for review a selection of The Pure Pantry Mixes and a copy of Fresh From Elizabeth’s Kitchen for review. Before adding these cookies to my holiday baking schedule I wanted to try some first, so I decided to try the Wholegrain Oatmeal Cookies.
The Pure Pantry’s gluten free oatmeal cookies are not only scrumptious, but provide a great source of manganese, selenium, tryptophan, vitamin B1, magnesium, protein, and fiber, all nutrients that may offer a wide range of health benefits including lowering cholesterol levels and reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke.
A delicious and moist cookie, with just a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg
100% natural gluten free ingredients
Batch tested for absence of gluten to ensure their purity
Delicious recipes included on every bag
Product size: 18 ounces, make 24 cookies
Gluten free oats, evaporated cane juice, brown rice flour, potato starch flour, white rice flour, organic corn flour, tapioca flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, xanthan gum.
Can you say MMMMM! My boys can. These were a hit not only with me but my husband and boys too. They are the true taste testers in our home.
Knowing this means I can create an extra special cookie box for my friend who is Gluten Free and that will mean a lot to her. Many times she opts out of parties and the baking my friends and I do because she is Gluten Free. Knowing that these taste great means that we can share them with friends and family regardless of whether or not they’re Gluten Free.
