Side Dish~ Pineapple Casserole

 

Pineapple Casserole

 5 slices bread, torn into pieces

 3 eggs, beaten

 1 stick margarine

 1 lg. can crushed pineapple

 1 c. sugar

 1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped

 Stir all ingredients together. Turn into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

    I’m going to try your recipe. My son’s ex-mother-n-law made the best pineapple casserole. I’ve been searching for a good recipe for years.

    A good way to use the last few pieces of bread a make a wonderful casserole side dish. It has all the ingredient’s that I like. I love to try new recipes.
