My holiday entertaining for the season has begun! A group of us gathered together to make holiday cookies for the church Cookie Walk and exchange cookies with one another.
For my party we indulged in Nescafe Coffee and Coffee-Mate Peppermint Mocha liquid creamer. It is the perfect holiday treat. Simply supply hot water for with NESCAFÉ® Tasters Choice® (House Blend) and NESTLÉ® COFFEE-MATE® Liquid Coffee Creamer in Peppermint Mocha for a bit of holiday flavor. I added some holiday music to my gathering of friends and we enjoyed a fun afternoon together.
While together we got a little creative and created an easy Peppermint Mocha icing with the Coffee-Mate Creamer and made a holiday recipe.
Peppermint Mocha Coffee-Mate Cookie Icing
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tsp Peppermint Mocha Coffee-Mate Liquid Creamer
2 Tsp corn syrup
If you want to add a little color a couple of drops of food coloring is just the thing.
Mix ingredients together, and ice your cookies for a new and unique flavor, and serve with coffee.
We moms enjoyed our icing but the true taste testers were our husbands and children. It was a hit and I cannot wait until we introduce our cookies and icing to the attendees of our annual Cookie Walk on Thursday.

Years ago, I used to drink Tasters Choice. It was the only instant coffee, I could stand the taste of. I haven’t tried it in a very long time. I need to get a jar, and keep it on hand, for that one cup in the afternoon. My daughter loves the creamers.
