Recipe of the Day~ Tami’s Chicken Stew

Tami’s Chicken Stew

2 lbs. chicken raw chicken tenders or boneless skinless chicken breasts

1lb. peeled baby carrots

4-6 peeled potatoes. cubed

2 stalks celery, finely sliced

1/2 onion, diced

salt and pepper

garlic powder

onion powder

2 cans (10 oz. each) cream of chicken soup

Put all ingredients in crockpot starting with carrots and potatoes and ending with chicken ~Add seasonings to taste~ Pour both cans of soup over all and spread it over the chicken~ Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours~Serve over rice or noodles or eat it like it is~

Serves 6.

    I am a bad cook, and usually I do not cook. However, tonight my husband had to work late and asked me to start something for dinner. So I pulled out this recipe. The entire family loved it. I think the addition of the Cream of Chicken soup made all the difference. Creamy, yummy. Thanks.
