This book contains over 130 recipes and encourages you create meals to embrace healthier living and eliminate pain.
I love that this book comes in paperback or Kindle. I prefer paperback s when working in the kitchen. There is plenty of information to read in this book and to help educate yourself on dietary needs. Add in recipes and you’re ready to get started on a meal time makeover.
Many don’t realize that by controlling our diet we can help rid of ourselves of a lot thing that plague us. Julie Daniluk, explains this to us in easy to understand thoughts and answers many questions that many of us have. I really like this book and combined with Slimming Meas That Heal I have a lot of information to refer to and recipes to start introducing to my family’s monthly menu.
