I get migraines and have low energy levels so I added the COQ10 supplement to my daily intake. This supplement is supposed to help with both. The recommended doseage is 1 3x a day with meals. This only contains 60 however so it’s not a full months supply. I’ve only been taking these about a week so I don’t have a full report on the lasting effects however they are easy to take and contain what my doctor suggested.
