Projects We Made With MyBakersBox – Subscription Box

mb1

The My Bakers Box we received for review has caused fun, laughter and love in our house!  I thought they deserved an extra post to help show you the projects we did with this one kit and we haven’t come near using up all of what was provided.  There is enough here for many more projects.  But here are just some of what we did.

First with some pre-mad sugar cookie dough we made simple round cookies.  1/2 we took the small cookie cutter to and removed the heart so that one cookie had a heart in the middle.  We baked as directed.  The first cookie I tried just spreading strawberry jam on the bottom and placing a cookie with a heart on it on top to make a sandwich cookie.

I wasn’t too thrilled with that so I mixed some cream cheese frosting together with strawberry jam and spread on the bottom of the cookies and placing one with the heart stamped out on top.  Then with the red chocolate writer that came in the box outlined the heart.  It was simple and fun.

We baked the little tiny hearts that we stamped out of the middle and decorated them.

We baked cupcakes and frosted them and for a little added decoration put the small cookies on top.

Lastly, we spread the love.  Lorelie’s, husband had a small accident and it’s been rough week and weekend for them.  So my daughter and I made up little goodies bags for the kids.  Each bag had a couple of lollipops, a Valentine Sandwich Cookie we made, and a small heart cookie.

This was a fun project that I can’t wait to repeat and it gave my daughter and I some quality fun time.
