First it is non soy, dairy free, all natural, non-gmo AND Gluten FREE! This is huge for people with reactions to different food sources. The ingredients in this high protein flour? Tapioca flour, sweet rice flour, potato starch, Chapul Cricket Flour(Brown Crickets, Acheta Domesticus), sorghum flour, garbanzo bean flour, brown rice flour, hemp protein flour. Though it should be noted that if you have a shellfish or crustacean allergy, you may be allergic to this product. The flour is used in a 1 to 1 ration in replacement of white flour.
