I recently subscribed to Mealgarden because I want to begin serving healthier meals to my family and didn’t really know where to start.  Our family doesn’t eat out much and I cook mostly from scratch, and it has gotten us into the same old, same old rut.  Meagarden has gotten us out of the rut and I’m starting to find recipes I never thought to create.  This has also introduced us to new foods and has made dinnertime a topic of conversation.  This year as we gather around the dinner table we will be doing so with a healthier meal in front of us and family conversation.

Meal Garden was created by Vlad Chernenko in 2012, Meal Garden was designed to help individuals eat healthy amidst their busy lifestyles. Healthy eating isn’t as intimidating as it seems, it’s actually pretty enjoyable with the right tools and guidance. They are dedicated to providing the tools and guidance to help make the world a healthier place, one user at a time.

Meal Garden is a meal planning system with recipes and space for you to add your own recipes so that everyday you know what you’re eating. They formulate a grocery list to help you purchase the foods you’ll need to create your family’s meals.

Do you have a special diet? Mealgarden can help. They have special diets to suit your needs and wants: vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free etc. Don’t like a specific food? Eliminate it from your list.

The feature I love the most is the Automatic grocery list generator!
