I don’t make New Year’s Resolutions because I never follow through, so I pledge to myself to do something to improve my life each year. In 2016 I started yoga and it has done wonders for my knees and my over all general health. Add to it some meditation or prayers and I feel so much better. While doing this I enjoy burning candles that make me smile. I received a rose scented aromatherapy candle from Aurorae for review and I love it.
My candle came in a tin with a lid which looks very nice on the shelf when I’m not burning it. When I am burning it the scent soothes and relaxes me and helps me release my tension.
