Sitting down as a family to dinner is important to me and a great way to bond over our day. Feeding two boys and my husband is a challenge because they love hot spicy food and I like food I can make in the slow cooker. Recently, with the help of Robert Rose I was able to begin work in both of those departments.
The Chile pepper Bible is a beautiful book that explains the different types of peppers that we can use to add heat and flavor to our foods. It also contains recipes to create fabulous dishes my whole family loves. The color photos bring the recipes to life and will have you drooling in a matter of minutes.
Best of Bridge: The Family Slow Cooker is the perfect way to combat “fright nights”. These are the nights at our house that it’s just easier to grab fast food than to cook a meal. This is a bad habit that costs us money and leaves us making poor food choices. With The Family Slow Cooker book, I’m able to plan meals in advance and fire up my crock pot. I feel so much better feeding my family a home cooked meal even if there is a chance we can’t all sit down and eat together as a family.
