03/31/17 Oriya Organics NEW Gather Paleo Vegan Protein #ExpoGather

Learning about our diets and what’s in them is more important to me than being “on a diet”.  While I have a lot of weight to lose I’ve been losing it slow and steady.  Under my doctors supervision I found that my body metabolism had halted to a snail’s pace.  Digging even deeper I was deficient in many vitamins in minerals.  His answer?  To eat better and on a regular basis, and he suggested protein supplements to me for meals that I knew I would be missing.

I’ve tried a lot of products but in December I shared some Oriya Organics products with you.  Not only did I enjoy them but I’ve continued to enjoy them.  Now Oriya Organics is introducing a NEW product called Gather Paleo Plant Protein.  Gather is Paleo and Vegan making this a great product for everyone.  This simple 6 ingredient product can be mixed into almond milk, coconut water or a liquid of your choice.  Each serving of Gather includes 20 grams of protein to supplement your diet.  This fills me up and helps keep me focused on eating the right foods instead of loading up on carbs and high calorie foods.

So, what 6 ingredients are make up Gather?  Organic Pumpkin See Protein, Organic Sunflower Seed Protein, Organic Chia See Protein, Organic Hemp Seed Protein, Organic Cranberry Seed Protein, Organic Freeze-Dried Goji Powder.  It’s that easy!

While I myself don’t follow a Vegan or Paleo diet I’m not against it.  In fact if I can substitute a Vegan and Paleo product I will do it because I know it is better for me.  How does this taste?  Not bad.  It’s a bit blah at first but I only added water from the tap for my first drink.  The second time I added my favorite fruits, banana and frozen mixed berries.  The colder this is the better it tastes.

If you, like me are trying to make better decisions in your diet, Oriya Organics Gather, is a great place to start.

I learned that Oriya Organics’ Gather Paleo Plant Protein is wildcrafted from seeds: pumpkin, sunflower, chia, hemp – and berries: cranberry, goji berry – and nothing else. Also Oriya Organics’ 100% Plant Protein is exactly that – five bio-available plant proteins.
